Powers: Water shape and state manipulation.

Skills: Student W can change and manipulate H2O in all its forms, from gas to liquid to solid. She can create sharp objects from ice. She can also create enough water gas to use similarly to a smoke bomb. Also, as human bodies are mostly water, she can be extremely deadly.

Weaknesses: W requires a significant amount of energy, concentration and imagination to manipulate H2O, especially when converting it from one state to another. She does not have a lot of control over water in its gas and solid forms. If no water is present, student W needs to convert the gas to a liquid, which seems to be extremely difficult.
